Craft Cocktail Masterclass

Craft cocktails are more than just stirring, shaking or pouring drinks over ice. What doesn’t meet the eye is where the magic happens, and this masterclass will give you front row seats behind the scenes.

An exclusive experience by the bartenders at Spiffy Dapper, this workshop will take the worry out of all the industry mumbo jumbo and breakdown the art of creating craft versions of classics libations.

What’s in the masterclass?

You will be welcomed with a house cocktail before we deep dive into the basics of two of the fundamental traditions; the Daiquiri and the Old Fashioned. You will learn how to manipulate these classics in order to make new drinks using traditional techniques and modern ideas. Get hands-on, we will be creating all the cocktails ourselves, serving them at the end of each session, leaving you with confidence in your ability before you continue home!

This hour long workshop will be conducted at The Spiffy Dapper.

Mondays & Wednesdays - 7:00pm -8:00pm

Sundays -  6:00pm-7:00pm
